Hi Guys,
I'm new here, I Randomly found this forum when I was using google to find a solution for my slow internet connection (512kbps WINS sodetel).
I've got a question: Sometimes when I download get speeds up to 1.5mb/s. but this lasts only for about 2 seconds and then slowly slows down to a few hundred and then to the standard 50-70kb/s
is there any way to permanently have the 1.5mb/s or at least about 200kb/s?
of course I've got some tips for other people as well, I post a new thread every 2 days in which I'll give you guys some hints on how to stay anonymous in the internet and how to surf faster etc.
Thanks!

That's a false reading from your browser since data is buffered. There was a thread about it somewhere.

As haidcar said, they are bursts, bursts are provided when the network is not very busy. They are helpful when browsing not downloading. what you are facing is perfectly normal.
