Hey guys, this is really important, and need you all to be part of it
and pass the message along to all Bloggers, Twitterati, Facebookers,
et al in Lebanon who are key community leaders:
You are cordially invited to attend a special focus group meeting on
“Internet and Connectivity Issues in Lebanon”.
As our country is going through a transition and forming a new
government, the time is opportune to discuss these issues with
government representatives.
As bloggers, twitterati, facebookers, and interested stakeholders, we
can together perhaps shape tomorrow’s policy decisions by sharing our
views and having an open and frank discussion with my guest speaker,
Mrs. Salam Yamout.
Mrs. Yamout is the National ICT Strategy Coordinator at the Presidency
of the Council of Ministers. I would appreciate, if you could send me
ahead of time and in bullet points format, the issues that you like to
discuss so I can organize the meeting and manage the scarce time we
have.
Register here to secure your seat (places are limited):*

and i swear god - since places are limited n u would be taking someone's else seat - if anyone RSVP and doesn't show up like last time - i am personally going to physically beat him/her up
Let me know if you think we should have a group to represent Lebgeeks - voted by members maybe to always follow up on this topic and have some sort of "representation" status
