The interesting thing is that my packets were routed through IMEWE (in line 12 above). Is that the same as the IMEWE cable that supposedly has not yet been activated in Lebanon ? If not then what is imewe-ge2.visp.net.lb ?
I accessed 'r7d116.webazilla.com' and the site is ridicilous !! haha check it out . why were my packets routed there ?
On a side note: Is it normal to be routed through this much of servers ?
i found it too much but i don't know what
normal actually is.
Can anyone with with another ISP perform a similar traceroute and share his results ?
any info would be very much appreciated
