Lol DG, I can't agree more with what you're saying, but to be fair what you're experiencing has never hit me in the 2 years i've been with their gaming package... sometimes the connection just cut a lot and I had to type in the modem IP and manually "connect", others it would just stop working for an hour; but my worst experiences have got to be when I was playing WoW, back in WotLK, when I got realm first light of dawn with my guild. Basically we were raiding from 9 pm - 12:30 am everyday... and whenever the clock hit 11, you can say the connection died, and so did some of me along with it =p. Ping is stable and fine around 140ms, then they pull LK, and as soon as the fight starts poof, DC, can't log back in for the whole fight, because their server is so busy that your "gaming" connection can't even handle the small download bandwidth a LK fight requires that it DCs you instantly. That was the case for 2 weeks until people started complaining too much and they did something about it. By the time we killed LK heroic I was so disgusted due to the internet connection that I quit the game all together.

Then I resorted to just playing some dota-like games such as league of legends which constantly gave 120ms and required like 0 bandwidth, all went good until 4 days ago when the pings to london doubled for some reason, and started getting a constant 250+ms which is unbearable tbh. I tried through several emails and with ping proofs that the 250ms pings are only to london and scandinavia, and attached screenshots of germany, manchester, italy servers all showing pings of ~110ms, demanding an explanation why the ping has doubled to london; but they'd just keep repeating themselves: You are on a shared connection that doesn't always function with full performance, 250ms is within acceptable range, if you require smaller delay please upgrade to corporate dedicated connection (yeah and my whole salary goes towards funding that connection)... completely avoiding my point... why just london... and how can they call it acceptable if they just doubled your usual ping -.-
Sorry for the wall of text xD
