Copying Problem

hey all

when i try to copy some files to my psp(files between 10-->800mb) the copy stop and freeze the~11%(some times its stop ~50-80%)...and now i cant do anything to it (i tried formatting )

the same to my hdd 320g when i copy large files 9gb~..

any ideas to solve the problem..!!!(im running windows 7 32-bit ,4gb ram, core2duo 2.66)

Have you tried copying the same files from another system? Copy them onto a USB flash memory. Does that work?
