Hello Everyone. At work, a certain user suddenly was not able to login the windows domain account. When the windows login page appear, and the username and password are typed correctly, the system shows that it accepted the credentials but then gives: The Group Client Policy failed the logon. Access is denied. I deleted the profile off the client's computer (deleted the home folder from the computer and deleted the registry keys related to that user), and still the problem occurs. I even replaced the computer with a newly formatting one, and still the problem occurs. Perhaps the NTDS.util file for the user is corrupted??? Did anyone have this issue before? Thanks!

is it on a domain ?

just reread the title, so it is on a domain,
try deleting the user form the server
relog onto windows 7 with admin credentials, delete the users, create new user adn join it to the domain
be sure IT guys are there to key in credentials when joining the domain
should work fine then
