Anyone with a broken PS3?

Anyone around here have a malfunctioning PS3? meaning its suffering from hardware or software problems such as YLOD...or example a non functioning motherboard

Im willing to buy a PS3 with such problems so that i cld use its parts to fix my own.

My PS3's fully working but the outer casing is broken so that guts dont fit in there anymore and theres a risk of damaging them, i need a new fan, and i need the the seating of the fan too

~$40 cuz i dont realy need the rest of it, just the fan, outercasing and the heatsink(inc fun)casing
the reason im on a low budget is that because my fix is temporary(applied direct heat with a heat gun to the cpu and gpu solders and applied new thermal paste) but i've seen YLOD PS3s being sold for ~$50 with all its components

40$ for a PS3 with the YLOD? I fixed my YLOD in 30min, all you need it a heat gun! Why would someone sell it for just 40$ if it can be fixed so easily!

Because some cases are tougher than others, ylod indicates a general hardware error not necessarily your case, and there's ps3s with even worse cases.....what I'm looking at right now is parts mainly

even if a comet hits my ps3 i'd rather keep it as a souvenir than sell it for 40 dollars ...

$40 for a PS3 is crazy talk, no matter how broken it is.
