Hey guys this is a really cool documentary on Siamese twins Abby and Britney. They're conjoined twins sharing the same body. When I watched the video I couldn't stop admiring how well they integrate society. Siamese twins have been freak shows since forever. Literally freak show. They would expose them publicly and people would pay to watch, sometimes write successful novel about them (Mark Twain, yes it's you). It is really cool to see that today, Siamese twins can drive on their own, go to school by themselves, have career plans, ...

The documentary has a general positive feel about it. You have to admire their psychomotricity, how they're able to clap, to walk, to brush their hairs, ...

My neck hurt after watching that. I dunno why. But yeah, those girls are incredibly brave. Best of luck to them. It must be terribly hard living like that. But if they can do it, then we have no reasons to bitch about our lives and how we look.

I've always been facinated by the way these extraordinary people live... By the hope they have in their life.
And on the opposite, i always hate how people deal with them. They consider them freaks, and don't deserve to live. (As an example, please read the comments on the YouTube Video) and look how stupid people are when dealing with Siamese twins.

We also have to learn to appreciate the gift god gave us, the gift of being normal... and hopefully, one day, here in Lebanon, we'll be able to respect disabled people and help them to integrate with the society.
