New Forum Category

After being registered for a few months, i would like to make a suggestion- this forum is really nice, imo it needs a bit more categorizing.

this request is to have an official "for sale/trade" category under Index; there are a lot of people with stuff to sell/trade (of course were not talking about bicycles, but hardware/consoles/electronics/ IT services maybe etc...) and probably a lot more searching for good deals; and i think this category will make the forum much more popular

don't really know how things work here, democracy? monarchy? lebanesocracy (no one really knows whats going on) lol

any thoughts?

More like a geektatorship :P Anyways I think it is fine like this, much better than democracy because I don't think it does work right here.

Might work on some ppl while others not but most of us not.

I may be wrong, but I think a dedicated category does not exist in order to keep the forum from turning into an auction site, to keep questionable users out, and to minimise misunderstandings or arguments (a recent example comes to mind.)

Though I'm not against the idea; I'd rather post my sales here, where knowledgeable people can discuss and purchase them.

As I have said before, I try to keep the categories to a minimum. I don't add one unless we really need it and Bassem shed the light on a good reason why we shouldn't.
