  • Where might I be able to buy a gaming laptop from?

My cousin is in search of a gaming laptop and I checked pcandparts.com for him but the best graphics card they have on a laptop is the GT 330M. That's not a bad card but it won't hold for more than a year or two at most. Is there some other way where I can buy a laptop with something like a GTX 260M in it? Are there any stores in Lebanon?
Ask Dell (SETS in Lebanon) if they have Alienware laptops for sale in lebanon. Alienware has decent stuff, but costs alot of money.
If he can ask someone to get a decent laptop for him from US or Gulf...here the prices are just crazy! and SETS prices are just the same!!

But I think here in Lebanon we have the GT 330 you are talking about, so what does the latest Qosmio hold ? and if they can get it to Lebanon...else ask for the Alienware,
Sets don't get any Alienware, not even on demand. We do though. There are other brands too. Mind asking if there's anything in particular your cousin's looking for? A certain module? Kindly reply via email or PM. Thank you!

I think you can find Qosmio laptops with the GT360, but i'm not sure. Might want to check that one out.
Also, HP is launching a new 17 incher with 3d and an Ati 5850... You might wanna check that one out too (I am a senior editor at T3, I'll see if i can send you the pdf with that page if you're interested). HP is well distributed in Lebanon. I would also go for the recommendation of checking SETS and Alienware (your cousin must be rich though).
I wish the ASUS distributors weren't so clueless in Leb. Asus is spewing out Amazing lappys for awesome prices in their ROG (Republic of Gamers) lineup. Can someone from the gulf get you an Asus laptop?

WOAH. Mind asking, do you have a computer company or something? I want to buy something really rare and I am sure I wont find in Lebanon nor Middle east. I want to buy Astro A40 Gaming Headset Audio System. Can you get your hands on such hardware?

ASUS have great gaming laptops and very good performance for the price.. I don't know if they are sold in Lebanon though...

We're been asking around for ages. People weren't very cooperative. We were lectured on how we should do business and no one recommended stuff for us. So, Alienware license, granted, but merchandise shipment delayed due to really high prices. We're getting tons of other stuff though, 3rd shipment will definitely include Alienware. Right now, can't afford it. We're getting lots of stuff though, very very soon. Merchandise already ordered and on their way.
Damn, that is expensive.

I was looking for a gaming laptop, since I will be traveling to london for the next year, and I need to play games. Unfortunately, and as usual, here the prices for good laptops are very high and there are limited brands that offer gaming laptops. So I just spoke with my friend who lives in the US and he agreed to purchase the laptop I want and to ship it through Fedex.

It contains a lot of laptops and the cool thing is that each one is customizable. I'm thinking of getting the ASUS G53SX-A1. very powerful and after customizing it, it will sell for like 1700$, so overall, I might end up paying about 2000$. I'm still waiting a little bit to order it (through my friend).
