Hey all,
anybody knows if this tool ( Dr. TCP 0.21) can tweak some parameters to improve the speed of the connection???

if anyone wants it i can upload to you.

Parameters are pretty much optimal nowadays, and automatically set. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If they even do any positive work, its not noticeable :) don't waste your time on this.
