Like the title said, full root access for the HTC Desire is out now, grab it from there

I tried it and it worked.. However, do it at your own risk! There is a 0.1% chance that you may brick your phone..

Now waiting for a custom rom that can take advantage of full root access (repartition /system, Read write access etc..)
what happens when u root a phone do u only have access to root files andit doesn,t change your htc root and sense i just don't get what rooting the phone means please help BTW i have a Desire
You get full access to system files..
Advantages: installing custom roms, Arabic fonts, custom recovery, themes etc..
