Which one is better : XBOX 360 or XBOX 360S?

I want to know which one is better between XBOX 360 & XBOX 360 S , & what's the difference between them,because i planning to buy one.

The S is better because it's an updated model, it is smaller, makes less noise, has a built-in 250GB hard drive, has one great thing the old model that doesn't, wifi connection. Ow and this model won't get the RROD.
