HTC Desire HD announced!!

Today( September 15), an event was held by HTC to announce 2 phones: HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z.

I creamed my pants when i was watching the phone reveal, AWESOME :D ! it's about bloody time we get an EVO type phone supporting GSM for rest of the world (i'm from sydney).

I'm also excited about the HTC Desire Z! I'm using the HTC Dream now, and i love having a physical keyboard.

I think vodafone is releasing the Desire HD here in australia in October. I'm so lucky that my contract is finished, now i'll just get the phone on my next contract.

Even though I'm leaning more and more toward iPhone 4, the Desire HD makes me drool. Unlike the Evo, there's a chance the DHD might end up here in Lebanon.

It is basically a Desire with a 4 inch screen+ 8 Mp camera.. Not enough to make me sell my Desire. I was hoping for a better GPU or CPU.. Oh well :p
It is a great phone nevertheless :)
