I also learned PIC assembly from the Microprocessors course, fun stuff, I also picked up Verilog from Hardware design and EDA
Bassem wrote- Algorithms, HTML & Web architecture: The teacher was great, but this was back in 1999... let's say we used a lot of FONT tags.
- We never learned any Javascript! It was never even mentioned.

Programming-wise we got the basics:
- Intro to programming (C++)
- Programming Methodology (Java - I have NO idea what they intended to teach us here)
- OOP (C++, I loved the course, so I learned a lot)
- Data Structures
The point is that I learned very little from these courses besides the theory of what should happen when you program. The rest I learned by doing and messing things up (so very... very often). I've still got a lot of programming to learn (and do) but I'm doing well so far.
