Hi,
I wanted to share with you some updates about Ogero and Sodetel services.
Just paid an extra $80 on top of my current DSL subscription with Ogero, so i decided to look for better solutions where i can get a reliable service and some free bandwidth instead of the pathetic 4GB/month that Ogero is offering.
So, i picked Sodetel because i saw their adverts for unlimited bandwidth.
I sent them an email a couple of days ago but no one got back to me. I decided to visit their HQ and speak to sales since they're not that far from where i live, perhaps they have good solutions that might be of interest.
So the Sales lady refused to offer me the unlimited offer when she knew about the 10GB total download bandwidth i did last month. And also, she said that they have no solutions for my needs, even with the free bandwidth after 12am.
So when i started challenging her about the offers and alternatives, she said that there are no free spaces on the Jal El Dib switch, which i'm currently on.
What are you guys using? Are there any reliable alternatives to Sodetel and Ogero around in Lebanon?
