Found top secret device in Lebanon

Bought recently some device here, as described by seller - made in Lebanon.
It was burned at lightening.
Now just i was searching for some parts so opened it... i was amazed by technology level.
I am not sure i will survive long after discovering such edge of technology, i am not sure it is made even on earth.

As note, they was unable even to fit board properly. It was laying under random angles inside the box.
Another thing, they erase names of parts inside... WTF. Do they think battery chargers is top secret weapon and noone can find circuitry on internet? The only thing they archieve - i will be unable to replace parts by myself(not this case, but some cases need such replacements)... i will consider buying chinese crap, which is cheaper, but at least repairable.

For me easier to assemble new or order high quality from outside... it is at any case very bad quality, as u see.

P.S. I was trying to desolder some parts to reuse them and stopped.
First i start thinking that they use shit from toilet as flux, second my ersa soldering tip more expensive than this charger, and seems flux they use leaving black traces on it.

Used old soldering iron, removed still few parts :-)
Good big capacitor, diodes and etc...
Then it fly to the garbage... now i am scratching my head how to make smart charger, that also can sustain lightening :-)
