hey guys i have this problem when i turn utorrent on to start downloading a torrent it says downloading but there are no seeds or peers what is the problem ??

hmm problem you say , your connection :D or the torrent doesn't have any seeders or peers for real ,
to make it simple search for a direct link of the same torrent you want to use :)

we need to rule out a few basic things,
First, does you Utorent show a green circle on the bottom or a yellow triangle?
second, could you pass us the hash of the torrent you are downloading (go to utorrent, select the torrent, general and look for hash)
Third try downloading any ubuntu version to see if the problem is coming from your configuration or ISP.
