my DSL package is 256 Kbps from Terranet, and i receive only 220 kbps at most, what about ur ISPs and does anyone who is a Terranet customer had a better speed than mine ???

your connection is never going to reach the upper top you pay for due to saturation, copper noises, bad quality cables, low quality modem, etc.
Also, when you hired your connection you should have noticed that they provide you "Up to 256 kbps" instead of a "constant 256 kbps"
