Alkarnur Hello, fellow lebgeeks :). I was wondering if there was any good online payment methods (i.e. no or little charges or fees) for Lebanon. I'm looking for a way to pay and to withdraw from PayPal, Webmoney and ePassporte. And can someone explain to me, in a noob-friendly way, how do pay to and cash out from those accounts? I know PayPal doesn't officially support Lebanon, but I heard there were certain ways to circumvent that. Do the other two (Webmoney and ePassporte) support Lebanon?
