  • Lebgamers Clan, CoD Server testing

Hello everyone as you know Aj_BlaZ has started a CoD clan,server, & so far everything is going fine about the website & the server.

The server has been tested in 1 vs 1 team death-match mod, & so far the results were good, as you all know it is based about VPN (Virtual Private Networks) using Hamachi, thus anyone can create a game & we all can join.

Note: Once on a VPN, we are all connected togather like a LAN, so be careful about your sharing settings.

We played today, & he won :@:@ with luck, you know server advantage, :P joking

Ping was ~ 98, & raised to 999 during web browsing

Anyway, we want to make a time in which we all meet, so that we can test the Server VPN, with more than 2 people, we want to schedule a time were we are free,

BTW, Aj-BLaZ was getting good pings from most of us, this means that the connection between us will be just as good, so if some of you wanted to play, you can host a game, & the others will be able to join you.
(Correct me if I'm wrong)

Make sure that you are using Xfire, hamachi, at the same time, & see in Xfire if someone from our clan is online so that you can play with him.

where can i download the game and because when i bought the pirated copy and it doesn't contain the multiplayer protein
you can buy it normally from any games shop. We are working on allowing pirated copies to work with legit copies during Online (Virtual LAN) Multi-player at the same time.
I would like to join and play but in the mean time its impossible with such latency

@everyone thanks for your support especially shatilov :) , i know im not trying to make things better or more easily to connect because im busy these days and i need to focus on my training , my summer courses , ccna , projects :( etc other than my gaming habit , but maybe the next week or after that i will finish some of my duties and that way we can Let this go ON on its seriousness traffic my hopes are good until then nchallah :)

How:

1st: You need to Download & Install XFire, it is a gaming client like steam, gamespy, etc... which also have chat option like MSN, & monitoring options "monitor your game collection & what your friends are playing"


edit: you need to register with xfire, it is free & very simple


2: join the CoD4 clan "LebGamers" it is on xfire, when you join it Aj_BlaZ will accept ur request since he is the admin

3: Download & Install Hamachi Client, it allows VPN (Virtual Private Networks "LAN") over the internet between many computers, you can download it for free from their own website, google Hamachi.

4: add a new network in Hamachi in the name of Lebgamers, I forgot the Pass :P sorry guys "PM Aj_BlaZ"

5 ur done, wait for others to appear online , & test the server with them.

You can play with both Original/pirated version at the same time

pirated game = "cracked" game.

well lot's of my friends are interested i guess , they keep nagging no one to play CoD 4 with :P ill just have to find someone whos has the game and i guess we'll be in :) just one more question we live at zahle so we'll be able to join you guys right ? i mean it's not something like V-Zone or watever not everyone will be able to join...
everyone can join all over lebanon, it is a VPN LAN, so it is just like a LAN PARTY. :P
dude that's a great initiative! you chose the best game as well ;)
i'm a bit worried about the latency. the VISP servers are unreliable these days, and i've experienced troubles with hamachi in the past (i've used it for 4 years): the server always gets the less latency while the joining player(s) just eat crap. do you have the same problem?

PS: can you actually play MW2 on LAN? i never figured out how to do it despite the whole Steam procedure

I was digging in game-monitor.com searching for Call of duty 4 MW and MW2 and battlefield Bad company 2 Servers, they have a search "by country" feature where you can find servers in your country, I remember I checked it in the past and Lebanon wasn't there but now, Lebanon is in the list and there is Call of duty 4 Servers in Lebanon, and Amazingly I tried one of them and my latency was 65 ms :D:D yes 60-70 ms with my IDM 256k connection , but there is no one now (4:20 AM), so those who play COD4 in here should check it maybe more people will come.

I cant try them as I don't have the game, but are they cracked ? because I will be happy to tell my friends :)
Never mind my last post, I connected to the servers listed on the page and my ping was 50ms !! and I'm with Idm 512Kb, I will tell all my friends, plus the server is cracked .
