Your lag isnt because of the 1mb, i mean 512K is almost enough for online gaming, the problem in Lebanon is the goddamn latencies
we do have the worst pings in the world, so look up the isp that have the lowest ping but imo they are all the same because of the geographical nature of the country, the best you can get is around 300ms to connect to some server then afternoon and night is all laaag, im not sure maybe other members know some godly unknown secret internet provider good for gaming.
