kareem_nasser wroteHistorically the internet was invented by DARPA(newly called) and called ARPANET. So it was a tool by an X intelligence system(not CIA), why couldn't they track everyone on earth? Yup they can easily and without question.
@Jad aren't you the master of your inventions and you can manipulate them? well same goes to the internet.
I am actually talking about a huge scale of data being monitored(processed sometimes;) ) not only Lebanon. The Information Age must be controlled so some data must be censored and archived.
Excuse me , but you got it all wrong . DARPA , the scientific chapter of the US pentagon were developing a network between US nuclear strike bases during the cold war to relay commands and other valuable info during a nuclear strike launched by the former USSR , its significance and importance led to its wide spread , it used to be professional , now its recreational . anyone can have access to the internet . with many millions with an internet connection , do you really think its easy to monitor each and every one , and make a database with his every notion . not to mention that the "Internet" is no longer managed by the US ,on the contrary , its managed by you me and every other person connected to this huge network , imagine you want to hack into my system and get valuable content, imagine all the steps involved , they also would need to do them , its not like they have a head start . My 2 bits !
