if not (if it happens to be automated), what if by the end of the month, the balance is below 40? is there a grace period during which the service remains active? or is this just available for exactly 30 days from activation, every month?
2) most importantly, for people who recharge one or twice per month, this option is not possible since there won't be a $40 credit at any given time. So what's the solution? buy more recharge cards just to topup and reach $40?
the model is not clear
1) You will have the service for exactly 30 days from the day you send the SMS. It is not automated and you'll have to do that every month. I don't think there is a grace period and your internet service doesn't add up from month to month. For example, if you use 90 MB of your allocated quota, the remaining 10 MB won't carry over to the next month.
2) Yes, you should buy recharge cards so that 40 USD will be deducted from your account for the BIS. I did think about it and you can either go the way of the postpaid line or you can recharge your prepaid line 75USD per month and use 40 for the BIS and 35 for your regular voice, SMS and MMS services (or you can recharge 50 USD and keep 10 aside for your regular cell activities). Going the postpaid way is much cheaper and gives you way more minutes of talking for your buck.
So if you use your cellphone line a lot, postpaid is the way to go. Prepaid is for the people who will use their cellphone for the data services primarily.
