Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Announced, Peace Walker Included

YEAH!!!!!!!!! Well, that's the closest thing that they can do with the ZoE series. Day one buy for me for sure. I guess its a way for them to gauge the interest for the series and decide accordingly if they're going to release a third part or not. And for that, GO BUY THE ZOE HD COLLECTION ASAP :P

As for the Metal Gear Solid HD collection, I did play the second and third on the PS2 (awesome games) but will definetly buy it since Peace Walker is included.

And the game also to look out for is the Silent Hill HD Collection. The sole reason to buy this collection is because it includes Silent Hill 2 (best game in the series, best horror game, awesome story).

They did also announce Contra (please Konami, keep it 2D)...

All in all, awesome announcements from Konami. It would have been perfect if they announced ZoE 3.
Looking forward to E3 next week :)

Contra reminds me of the good old days of Mario and Sonic. But MGS PW is going to be the main reason i buy the collection. Though i think we should wait a bit because the rumors first surfaced that it would be in a PSP Remake including other MGS titles on PSP so PO should be included.

Metal Gear Solid, Zone of the Enders, Silent Hill HD collections coming to PS3, 360

Additionally, Peace Walker HD is the only game in the Metal Gear Solid collection running at 1080p resolution while Sons of Liberty and Snake Eater only go to 720p.

Blizzard hiring 'PlayStation 3 Specialist' for Diablo III
This hopefully means that this wont be another consolified port. Because it was being developed for PC first, still this doesn't mean that those programmers are for Diablo III game on PS3 100%.

ive got a feeling new game announcements and details are gonna keep smile on my face :D
the new xbox is first build and theres only 1 game developed for it, it doesn't even have a box its stores in a pc case (PC WIN:P)
nintendo looks promising,i think the new features in the new xbox will probably be tessellation (dx11 on pc)
physx or better physics, better more lifelike characters,better shadows, better lighting etc..
nothing fancy that pc doesn't have in graphics

A TechRadar article claims that "A high-ranking source at Crytek told Videogamer.com that TimeSplitters 4 is being developed for the next Xbox, using Mircosoft's updated DX11 development tool.

I say it's about time since they have nothing more to offer for its die-hard fans except 1 decent exclusive a year and tons of kinect, not saying kinect is a totally bad thing, but they're over doing it.

In other obvious news, an after-E3 interview Reggie Fils-Aime says "We’ve only shown 10% of the Wii U’s potential (at E3)". This probably goes with other claims from Ninty that developers are still only working on unfinished-underclocked dev kits of the Wii U.

Yes it is very interesting, even though many people are trashing it, even i thought the controller was a bit dumb before watching some videos and reading about it, but this is how it happens every number of years with nintendo, they come up with some new console or hardware, some people trash it, mock it, and deem it not worthy for "real gamers", yet it ends up being totally successful and others start copying...etc.etc.etc.
So now it's in the 1st phase of people being skeptical.

That is why i didnt post about this before, because such information isnt 100% right until confirmed from the developer or the company(aka MS). Just like what happened with PSVita that EA and WB Interactive confirmed the portable PS.

the first 10 minutes i thought it was dumb, but then i imagined myself using it and it was genius! even though im a pc gamer i really want this console its simply awesome! i love it! but 2012 sounds too long :\

Sh*t XBL are screwed, but not 100%. Though some ppl are with the hacking community due to changing their morals into something more constructive: By teaching corporations to enhance their security because costumer personal information is important to the company-consumer/costumer intimacy.

@ Kareem, of course they're gonna deny it, but the beauty of it is that many times rumors tend to turn out true, I wasn't expecting niether MS nor Crytek to confirm or even comment on this. When a rumor came out of EA, again both Sony and EA denied, but guess what, it was TRUE, EA did have the dev kits.

@ shant, of course PC will always have the upper hand in graphics, but that's it, nothing new; I don't think it would really matter for the console if PC got dx12. So I do recommend that you get the Wii U (or any console) even if you are a PC gamer.
