The PS3s CPU is not like your general purpose PC so if you want to use Win on ps3 you have to emulate it via Wine. So dont expect the same performance as on your PC. The X360s Xenon and PS3's Cell B.E are in-order-execution and without branch predictors CPUs while your PC has branch predictors and is out-of-order execution.

I have commented before: The modding of the PS3 because i personally find it stupid as a gamer if i want to play online or offline because even offline compared to X360 it is still expensive while for online expect to be banned plus downgrading to 3.50 is highly exposed to bricking the console. But we must admit that Sony did a great job in protecting its system for over 4 years the most in consumer electronics till now, most of which is because of the SPU in the CELL CPU dedicated to OS security.

Besides, there's a big chance that the next GTA won't be GTA5 per se.

GTA3 was followed by a half dozen of GTA3 spinoffs (Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City Stories, etc.) before IV came out.

About the PS3 hack, pirates can literally do whatever they want now, from installing homebrew apps, creating a custom firmware, downgrading the software version , PS3 security is pretty much doomed, Sony wont be able to do anything regarding this hack.

Even an update from Sony themselves will be worthless. Well after 5 Solid years, I have to congratulate Sony for the job they've done regarding PS3's security. after all we all knew this is coming, now all the Lebanese gaming shops are probably celebrating their asses off.

Edit: @ the leaked Skyrim footage, I cant believe you guys bought this crap, thats some TES:VI mod obviously, Bethesda confirmed that Skyrim will be running on a new engine.
Heres some fresh details leaked from Game Informer's February issue about Skyrm, Damn I want this now....

We've already got Liberty City Stories built on the GTA 4 engine. More to come, probably.

There is no playstation phone, yes its just a Sony Ericsson Xperia. The PSP2 is different.

This game is a definitive day one buy for me. The last "interesting" and "artistic" game I played of such caliber was probably Okami, or Shadow of the Colossus.

Seems like an Action/Platformer ... but not the shallow kind.

Have you played Ico , Shadow of the Colossus, or Okami ?

Shadow of the Colossus yup but i want to play Okami will buy it pirated soon. As for Ico if it was an RPG i would have bought it because from what i have read it seems like FFX emotionally.
Shadow of the Colossus has some really interesting yet simple game design which makes Fumito Ueda rival Hideo Kojima. Though i havent played the game a lot because it demands time and i dont like searching for walkthroughs on gamefaqs so i only defeated the first Colossus but got the concept of the game.

Dude i think you like artistic games so you probably are highly anticipating Child of Eden?
