Actually its the first delay for the european release, the game had a european November 2010 release date since like 3 or more years and was delayed once in Japan from a March 2010 release date,
Kazunori sure likes perfection they hate to release a buggy game, and Sony is definitely aiming on a December Holiday release, that way they'll guarantee a successful marketing, after all a 2011 delay would be kind of a mistake.
