No seriously, I was at LAU then I transferred to NDU and the courses they give at LAU are childish compared to those at NDU. Basically exams were much easier in LAU and course material was simplified.
In NDU lots of teachers are bad teachers (come in, babble for 1 hour then leave) leaving you to do all the work. I dont know where NDU got it's No Dares reputation, probably because their courses are not always very advanced, that is if you graduate in business computing for example, they don't even teach you C, just mostly VB. Also maybe because it's students are not geniuses and most just want a paper and choose the easy majors.
But that does not make it no dares university.

It doesn't surprise me.

LAU business is like Club Med. LAU graphic design is probably not much better, judging from the results they produce. I don't know about other departments but I guess engineering and economics are more serious.
