This is because the file you downloaded is not complete. When you're downloading files from the Playstation Store (especially big files), you must use a stable connection since the slightest hiccup in the connection would damage the file downloaded and an error would come up during the installation process. This happened to me way back when I used to use my wireless Pesco connection.
my error says that the install file is corrupted and elchebib is it possible if used not wireless can it solve the problem

It could solve the problem; however, what kind of connection is the fastnet? Cable? DSL? Wireless like Mobi?

Wow :D
First of all, his connection being cable means that his connection quality suffers greatly in terms of quality.
In addition, this setup would definitely produce glitches in files you download.
However, you could try downloading the file again and wish for the best. Of course, downloading during the night is ideal since your connection would be better.
i tried 2 different games and at night same issue could an ethernet cable fix this problem or it is impossible.how did u solve this problem with ur ps3 .cause i have about 9 full games to download and ogero s limit is bullshit but needed for the online play.
The only 100% method that would solve this is to download these games using DSL. Its the most stable connection that would allow you to download glitch-free files.
I don't think an ethernet cable would solve your problem but you could try it out.
damn i din´t know ps3 had such ridiculous flaws. They should have made a batter download manager

I had the same reaction, but keep in mind that this a problem with consistency check. CRC. It is normally covered by TCP.
I was wondering whether this thread should be called instead: "Problems using a ps3 with the internet here".
Thanks for the help it seems only solution is getting DSL with night traffic
