Abbabbj hello all i am a new member in this forum actually i think there arent a lot of forms dedicated to Lebanese experienced web users i have a 256kb adsl account from C>>>>Y>>>beria the first few month were good but know i dont know whats happening i have to open 5 or more different youtube videos to get only one streaming that if streaming started!! some forums i used to enter always stop responding or show NETWORK_TCP ERROR your web server maybe too busy limewire never worked and a lot of banned sites if any one knows the origin of this isp problem plz reply(is it ogero or my isp) the most important site is youtube do you know any way to reach youtube through other proxy like using google tranlator to reach banned sites for example waiting for your responds
Aj_BlaZ easy they use a software that disables anything called bandwidth loss also i wish if any of these companies have a contract that you sign on that tells you whats your right and whats not :(
Aj_BlaZ the bad news they use a word block for example "youtube" if the software detects that word the link (streaming) will be blocked (there's a difference between the link of the video and the link of the FLV of that video) , even if you use proxy that wont help what you need to do is find on what time this site is working and when its not then you'll know when the blocking is on/off the good news nothing :( lebanese policies is all about gaining more money by limiting things or by increasing taxes and that's sad
Abbabbj thnx but i tried to download the flv file the same result appeared i think there is a way to pass this (do you remember those old sites where they offered to download your you tube video i think this is the only way but unfortunately these sites dont exist any more)
Kareem try to download the videos from youtube by resolving the dns first like if it's http://cachexx.youtube.com/dja.flv try to set it to http://ip/dja.flv
LB1938 Even if you access youtube via an indirect connection, Adobe flash will always use a direct connection regardless what proxy settings you have configured. Yet, you could use something like Freecaps/sockscap or proxychains/tsocks to force flash to use a socks proxy, but that will most likely make things even slower for you. In all cases, I'd suggest you give Ultrasurf a try. Cheers!
