Ok, so does anybody know how they can be sure that people are giving them the right address?? Some Hilarious LULZ can be made from this!!
abouelchich wrotethey told me it's only a special product for the MENA region, but i ain't a fool to believe that crap !
That's something quite common, especially in laptops.

Reviving an old thread here, the customer can pick up his own items. Anyone knows where are they located ?
As far as i know you cant pick up your ordered items, i asked them once about the location they told me we don't have a specific place and we don't give info's about where's our office, their policy is that customer orders what he wants and they deliver to the chosen address through aramex, i get all of my hardware from them, extremely reliable..
You can try their number at the bottom of the pages and ask.

That's creepy. I don't know why they wouldn't give you their location...
I've ordered many parts from them and had them build me three desktop systems so far. They seem reliable. The only thing I didn't like about them was the fact that they don't really help you in terms of the technical details. For example, if someone who wasn't that good with computers wanted to know what exactly this mobo means or that cpu means, they wouldn't help. At least not me. I don't know about other cases. It was as if they just wanted to sell and move on.

Most shops in Lebanon are this way. I once overheard a sales person at Compuworld, you shoul'dve heard them talking they used the term "7abbe" like "khams 7abbet" when they talk to their suppliers. It's as if they were selling vegetables.
3 Years ago I wanted to pick up a some parts, they gave me their office address it is in Dawra 7ad l tari2 l ba7riyeh, but one of those parts I wanted was out of stock so I didn't visit them, and ordered the same parts a month later when it became again available, 1 year later I wanted to pick up another part they said they dont allow hardware pickup the only option available is DELIVERY (that was the time when they stopped dealing with Pinkdot courier and started dealing with Aramex).
Anyway I have been buying pc parts from them for 3 years and never had any issue.
I have a feeling that pcandparts is a home operated company by a few people and they wouldn't dare say that. :P

But meh who cares its the only reliable computer parts company in Lebanon so far, if they go out of business we are screwed.
