LMAO! I can't believe you actually put some time and effort into building this "machine" :P

Jad your contraption made me laugh, especially because of its unnecessarily large size :) you flip that switch and you expect so much more to happen... so silly!
Both machines are definitely useless...
What were you thinking guys when you searched for such a video on youtube :O

what about this machine?

Useless... Yet, people buy it.wikipedia wroteA "DVD Rewinder" is an on-line hoax, joke, and real-life novelty item and gag gift. When a disc is inserted, the device simply spins it for a short while.
Nice one Jad, I also like that super mario tune in the video :P
@Jad: Ever heard of a mechanical computer. I'd really hope you can think up a simple circuit but implement it using switches, relays, and so on. Put in some LEDs along the way too. It's going to look flashy!!
The idea is to wire up instead of transistors, some relays, or better yet, some mechanical switches. You'd punch in some input, and see the logic flow through to the output. I wish I had the dexterity and patience to build such magnificence.
Good job on the "quick return mechanism" btw :)

Arithma, i did that back in 2005 ! :)
I did a relay based binary adder without using any ICs ! Only relays and switches :) i may have a picture of it.
