this is an official Xbox update right ? not a modded one ?

this update to Xbox live can identify modded Xbox, i got banned right after i updated it (in November). do not update unless you have a modded firmware that can avoid this detection.
so if you don't care about online : DO NOT DO IT !!! if you do ,stay offline for a certain time until a safe modd update is available agian

There is no way to unban your 360 unless you have a donor console that has a CLEAN serial number. Once microsoft black list your console it done for. The problem lies in the ixtreme firmware (the ta3deeeleh y3neh). Its now supposedly detectable. FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS A MODDED CONSOLE AND WANTS TO GO ONLINE WITH IT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO. It seems Microsoft are finally cracking down on us, ive been able to survive, but im never connecting to live again :P
