just want to ask about opinions for this pc setup if price isgood, or some parts should be changed ?

i just need it for watching movies music some games doesent have to be ahrdcore gaming

I'd upgrade the GPU to a 260 for example and get an additional 2 GB of RAM (unless you are running a 32-bit OS).

You could leave the RAM upgrade for later since you will only have to buy additional strips, but do the GPU upgrade now. It is more future proof (will last you longer for a little bit more money)

i would get the 260 but i think i would pay like 200$ or more

I don't think so. I mean, think about what you'll need. a 9800 GT will play practically any game on high settings. Unless you're outputting to a massive LCD screen, or have like 3 monitors, it's not really going to make a big enough difference to matter.

i play all my games on max and on a 1680*1050 resolution i get a from 30 to 60 fps in any game with my 9800GT
and add 1GB ram.
the price is good

It probably won't play future badass games, but if you're mainly looking for surfing/multemedia it should last you a long time ... until the next Windows comes out and requires i7 cores and 4GB of memory ... but until then you should be safe.
