i dont know if many of you have noticed.. but the isps have upgraded their plans for the Wireless broadband or widely known as WISE or Wirelessbits.
but the plan is now crappier than ever : we had for 45$ a 2gig limit and a unlimited traffic from 11pm to 8 am, with 512k down and 64k up
now its : 45$ with a 2.5 gig limit and unlimited traffic from 12am to 7am!
down speed is still 512k but they doubled the upload speed to 128k
All ISP's have done this.. im with cyberia btw.
though upload speed is great now i think its the dumbest thing ever to remove 2 hours from the unlimited traffic thing! why would they do that?!
uh life just sucks in here :(

they want to reduce the unlimited traffic usage !
i was with wise and they use to cut my net at 11pm because i downloaded to much.
you should thank god they did not remove it completely ! i can't live without it so does you it seems.
a good thing they have doubled the upload speed (still not great) i used to suffer when uploading.

They are learning on their mistakes...
Actually their "old" unlimited traffic at 11pm is most dumbest thing they can do.
According to load unlimited traffic possible only from 1-3am till 7-9am in best case, and still it won't be "true" unlimited.
Sad thing, in such environment i cannot introduce in VISP truthful service description because it will looks ugly to compare with so-called "unlimited night traffic", and customers mostly don't care to read such descriptions. Hopefully i will try to contact TRA and ask them to force all ISP to disclose service terms truthfully, and especially Fair Usage terms. I'm ready to do that.

actually cyberia's 11pm to 8am free quota was perfect.. there were no slowdowns at all and i was able to download at full speed 60kb/s all the time on torrents and others.
its still the same now but with less hours. :(
i just dont get it, is it too much for them to keep the same hours for the unlimited quota? is there a reason for this ?
i wish we can act about it in some way

at 11pm ISP's still have high load, means bandwidth is costly for them.
Act? I am sure noone here will act, only blablabla and crying on forum "how it is unfair, how it is shitty life here". First what you can act - ask government to sell Ogero and eliminate government monopoly in this sector. Let them do their job - tax collection and lawmaking, not doing business as selling internet to users and competing (unfairly) with private ISP's.
Your government receive bandwidth for $25/meg and sell for ISP's 50 times higher price. Nice business, usual "government" style.
