Go to Network settings and click on the Connection status list. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should find your NAT type.
However, in order to really test your NAT type, try the MW2 game and check whether it gives you the Open NAT or not. Apparently, I've discovered that the PS3 doesn't detect accurately our NAT types, so try the game out and see what it gives you.
As for the ports you asked, they are the following:
TCP: 80, 443, 5223
UDP: 3478, 3479
