Looks like there is a new sickness in Lebanon that has affected the entire LBSG...

I made several attempts to contact the group by their forum, e-mail, contact form - no luck.

I tried 2 different ways (office e-mail and linkedin) to contact one of the founders - Salam Yamout

I tried to contact as well Gabriel Deek, yet another of the founders - no reply at all.

Looks like the LSBG members are "full" (yes, a game of words, make the right guess) and not interested anymore.

Yep.
Maybe they are only interested in putting this on their CV or receiving a budget from cisco or something, but teo I hope your email did not contain insults and other mention of intercourse with goats or other animals, or some of these bulgarian proverbs...

Still, even if they are full of ... (like you say) maybe they can still be dealt with if what you offer is in their interest.

No, the e-mails where short, straight on the subject and polite, no insults or any incest, zoo-sex or other themes involved.

Still no reply.

Yes, I think you have a point. Nuc was pointing at the same road. The government got worried from all this noise and closed the
mouth of LSBG members... probably with some tasty government funded projects...

Good, really good. We have here yet several mouths to close. With bandwidth, please.

As for me personally, I won't stop digging around.

The fiber optic cables in Lebanon are up to the standards they just need some hardware upgrades... As for the rest it can be easily done and this is mentioned int he study presented to Minister Bassil that has a detailed explanation and implementation done by Cisco.

Project mainly organized (and funded?) by Cisco.

Indeed looks like LSBG was used to blackmail the MPT for some project. Well, Daily Star is eager to go for this story and... (confirmed)
