What I just don't understand is that in the command prompt I see those amazing latencies shown above 100-150 ms and when I enter a game like call of duty 4 and check out the my latency on American and European servers it is still awful :
PS: those servers are sorted by ping, the first is the lowest as you can see.
My simple question is :
in the past my ping in command prompt to any website was 450-550 ms and my ping ingame is also 450-550
and now
my ping in the command prompt to almost any website is 100-150 ms and my ping in game is still 450-550.
It is weird isn't it ? or what I am saying doesn't make any sense ?
