is it Google talk or iChat or My con ?

hi guys
i use iChat as a google talk client
using it inside browser is bit anoying since i have to
1 - find the google tab
2 - i hate the alret that says someone talked to me .. it is like a nagging that i can't ignore

so while using this iChat i am getting disconnected at frequent times
is this happening to any of you ? is it my con ? is it the iChat or is it google talk
