Raficoo as much as all ISPs suck here.. i would suggest you to choose Ogero for online gaming, since many surveys(and opinions) seem to indicate that Ogero has the most stable connection with an acceptable Ping time(not so sure if you can play CS:S or any big FPS but you get the point.), But this is basically just for online gaming. not Big downloads since the stupid Low Quota they give you/month.
