Hello,I'm new here,I'm a global proof user through a resseler and I'm having very high pings.
when I go to run~>cmd~> ping
www.google.com I get this.

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),
and when I go to Garen and try to tunnel som1 I get some huge numbers >1600 ms !!
so if anyone have any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
plus I don't know if this helps but I think global proof is related to visp because I have a VISP username and password.
