Bandwidth Controlling Programs?

Hey!

I've moved from Cyberia ADSL to Cyberia Wigo a few days ago and noticed that Wigo is faster. The only program is that that made me start downloading MUCH more than I used to, and Wigo offers very little download quota per month. (I think it does become unlimited from 12:00am till 8:00am because that's what is posted on Cyberia's site).

Anyway, my question is: Are there any programs that can help me control the capacity of quota I use from a certain period of time to another (In my case, 12am to 8am everyday)? I need to limit myself to at least 25MB during the day! So, anyone knows something like this?

I have no software solution in mind. What I personally use is a little something called self-control :)
Also make sure to install an outbound firewall (Little Snitch if you're on OSX). This ensures that no sneaky program is stealing your bandwidth.

there was a powertoy-like thinggie from microsoft that used to do the job, scheduling from what time to what time you can use the internet, control the bandwidth, ... but can't remember its name... :P

I tried self-control. It is pretty buggy, and most of the time it just disappears after a while and I have to launch it again.
