Wel, I've heard that an ADSL Cyberia connection in Saida ONLY doesn't go double the speed. And when I was surfing the internet yesterday at about 11:30, it was definitely not unlimited (the quota was decreasing). Does anyone know whether the internet becomes unlimited at night and at what time?

Yes I am sure, I had a meeting with the sales representative, he said they can no longer support the load on the system. They had to cancel it.

i'm still getting unlimited between 11pm and 7am
maybe they did it for outside of Beirut ? or some specific cities/areas?
