dude, there are many modchips around, just see which is more convenient, easier to have access to, ...

and here's where you can buy it: http://www.xbox-modchips.com/blaster.htm (i have no idea if they ship to lebanon, i haven't checked).
this is an "external" mod, which makes it easy to upgrade the firmware as backing up your data doesn't require you to reopen the box every time, and disabling the mod is quiet easy.

note that i do not have an xbox (neither plan on having one :p) so i have no idea if this works on all xboxs or if it works at all, if the source is reliable, if they will or will not steal your credit card and if they will actually ship what you buy, so i'm not responsible for any damage that you could cause to your xbox or to your credit card.
Working with my 360 at home is not a good idea it may harm my warranty so i won't take any risks.

if the store mods the xbox, you automatically lose your warranty too... no modded device, gaming console or not, keeps its warranty, modded at home or a shop, it doesn't matter. the moment the screws are removed by someone else than microsoft, poof, bye bye warranty.
and there are probably a million stores in lebanon who sell it modded, basically any store that sells illegal games. you can find a dozen in hamra alone. it all depends on where you live. prices wont vary much from place to place. what's the maximum difference between the cheapest and the most expensive place? 5$? 10$? it's not worth the headache, just go to the nearest place to your house.
Battikh mate, I phoned a store in Jdeideh called Ricca electronics and he told me it'll cost a 100$ to mod the 360, I was like :|

i don't live in lebanon so i don't really know about the prices for modding the xbox. but thinking about it, if buying the chip online is around 40$ (can go up to 80$ depending on the modchip), and the guy wants to make some profit with it, so 80-90$ should be the price... i might be terribly wrong though, i just hope that one of the people who actually own a modded xbox will reply...
and if u end up modding it at a shop, make sure it's a mod that doesn't make it a headache to update the firmware whenever an update comes out.
