As far as I know, there are no POP3 and SMTP servers provided by Hotmail. None. There is no configuration for Outlook Express, or Outlook, or any other mail program that will let you download your email directly from Hotmail for free.

Why? because Hotmail makes money by showing ads along with your email. If you download your mail, you don't see the ads. If no one sees the ads, then advertisers wouldn't pay (or pay as much). Hotmail would have no reason to provide their service.

there is some way to link your hotmail to outlook 2007, i instantly regretted it and i think i stopped it cuz it is a disaster downloading all those jokes emails ( hotmail is the fun stuff account )

If i rakez, i will find a way to replicate it , but it is not worth the trouble.. u can use gmail :P or i can give some email@something.com :P i have infinite emails

Exactly I use gmail pop3/IMAP. But let me see, With outlook hotmail, you can download emails ( maybe HTTP server ) but not sending. Just my 2 cents .

guys i heard there is a program that can make my pc as cash server i mean like i vist site he download the pics and other thing 1 time and second time i visit it the program jst download new pics and other any idea ?

cash server lool xD.. cache you mean :P... web browsers have a caching mechanism, once you visit a site some stuff from it will be saved on your pc(cached) so that the second time you visit it, you don't have to re-download all the files. cache-able items are set by the site, so it depends on each individual site to set how much items will be cached(well it reduces server load, so it is a good practice to cache as most items as possible without affecting user experience), cache also has a lifetime that is set(in http headers) that once finished the corresponding cached items will be purged from your cache, moreover sites can send requests to your browser to renew the cache it has...
now you asked about a program that does the caching (not your browser, right), .. yes, there are programs(such as squid) used to cache stuff, even whole webpages, but they are set up by webmasters to reduce server load as it is easier to serve a simple html file, there are also some worldwide caching mechanism that webmasters can subscribe to... but i have never heard of a program that you can use on your own pc to do whole page caching, then update when needed, the whole is rather absurd and unfeasible (fixed typos)
