So my friend recently gave me a 10-day wow trial that came with the original cd. I had the game on my external hard drive so i entered the trial key and created an account on the EU server. I liked the game and decided i wanted to upgrade to a full account. I went to wow-europe.com, account management, and found a link that said upgrade online now. I followed that link and entered my credit card details and was told it would take 72 hours to process. A couple of days later, I got an email from blizzard saying that they were unable to successfully process my request and have disabled access to my account for security reasons. So right now, my account is locked. Whenever I go to the wow europe site and go to account management this is what happens:
I bought an authentication key online and tried filling in the boxes on the right and clicking upgrade account but nothing happened. To ensure that the authentication key was genuine, I went to create account and put the key in and there were no problems, meaning that I can make a new account. I dont want a new one, I just one to figure out how to unlock my current one. Sorry if this is a bit long but I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help. Thanks in advance :)
