hj88 Dear forum members If I want to subscribe To DSL what would be the best ISP, i am intrested in a stable one, do not play online games but still intrested in a good latency because it affects browsing, and most important stable connection that will not get too congested from 7-9 pm should i take the sodetel gaming package even thaugh i am not a gamer ? (max budget 75$/month)(unlimited 11-7 is a must ) i am considering those isps :cyberia, wise or sodetel ( i heard ogero is considering unlimited 11-7 ) /another question : does the model of the dsl modem affect the connection , is it possible to tune it to get a better performance ? /another question : does any of you know if the congestion differs by the package you take ( for example 256k users share the connection among each other and 512 k users share another connection meaning that 512k users dont affect 256k users , sorry if this is a silly question THank you!

rolf ogero is quite stable but its the most expensive i think... no free night traffic and double speed offers. We had a bad experience with terra...
belal i think idm fixed their latency...which is great. ping bbc.co.uk AVERAGE=280ms last 2 days. it was about 500ms .
Lebscream Try idm or cyberia If u not in mrayjeh central so you will have unlimited and double speed and the are good :)
