nuclearcat wroteOne big NOTE for guy with nick MegaCool
You are subscribed to Sub-ISP, who use just solution of VISP, and even part of his backbone (and it is crapping during peak time) is not from VISP
If someone pretend to be VISP customer, he should have:
1)Contract with VISP
2)Username with @visp.net.lb at the end
3)This username should work at
https://customer.visp.net.lb
Anything else is not pure VISP customer.
In short: YOU ARE NOT VISP CUSTOMER.
And i see that by IP on picture, and i know this Sub-ISP. Even some things is used from VISP (ip for browsing too).
Is it enough clear?

I know that I'm behind a reseller, but that doesn't mean that problems aren't mainly from VISP
What about the timeout messages "ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved"
I'm getting these most of the time with the VISP logo on the page with a direct link to the customer support page.
And if I call the guy I'm linked with he seriously doesn't know much stuff about latency and these timeouts, all excuses are peak time, or the usual you have a virus on your system.
