From my own experience , 4pm to 1am latency without real ip is 1k 2k+ ms in WoW ( depends on time ) , real ip the maximum I have seen is around 200ms at the most peak hours with some minor spikes ... So yes it's a huge difference ( even some days at 10pm in ramadan I played under a less than 90ms ping ).

I think we are reaching another bottleneck. lag spikes up to 800ms now on real IP.
Now it's even in the 900s.
Honestly when all ISPs are improving every day, this ISP is going down the drain. How many customers do they have now? eleventy billion?

Yeah, me too, I'm playing TrackMania online and gaming is almost impossible. Normal surfing is good though...
Video streaming and webcam chatting are extremely slow too (Skype & Windows Live Messenger).
