I don't mean to be too "ni2a" or anything, but, you reckon, how much will the pings be improved ? Can they be drastically improved (to reach the previous levels) ?

Still having problems with DDL (direct download).

Nuclear, how come will ping improve if you said you are using an Ogero link ? I thought teodor posted in one of his replies that the <60ms link has been closed.

I had friends with 90ms on VISP before the problems you guys are facing, and now you say that pings will "be even better" ? I'm just curious to know

What about Direct downloads ? They worked for monday and tuesday, and now they're very unstable/sometimes not working.

Maybe 99% but not all.

I would like to have an answer please. Throughout this forum it has been assessed that Ogero has a relatively slower latency than what VISP had in the past, now you claim you could possibly have an even better one that you had before AND through an Ogero link.

Contradicting ourselves ? I really am curious.

Connection is fine so far, I hope MSN service will get better, It used to be the fastest thing VISP offers, Now it lags too much. Browsing is great, and finally download rate :

I think what's happening is that before the incident, gaming was possible all day apart from 8 PM till 11 PM (only broken for 3 hours) because of high traffic hours. Now it dies at around 11 AM and works again only at 2AM after midnight (broken for ~15 hours). So it's probably the current low bandwidth capacity and the people who download all day to blame.

ya zalami ra7 tekhwetni !!! How are you being to play online ? What pings do you deem acceptable ?

I play RPG/RTS like DotA, and anything beyond 180 ping is laggy/unplayable for me.

Eternal lands is more of a role playing/fighting game. 300 to 500 ms lags are acceptable but anything beyond that is bad. sometimes it is constantly 8000+ms although I can connect to http://game.eternal-lands.com just fine using firefox.

Is it possible that you guys can stick to English? I'm not really interested in learning Arabic l33t talk. I barely know Arabic as it is.
Anyway, lagging depends on the game. Some games are still playable at 400ms. Eternal lands doesn't get totally unplayable until the #ping reaches more than 500 ot 600 ms.
